HEBB Labs did not begin with a product idea.
It began with a shared conviction: that much of today’s AI is built backwards.

Intelligence is often treated as something to be installed — a layer added onto organisations — rather than something that must be formed through structure, reinforcement, and design.

The leap from 0 → 1 remains irreducibly human.
